WELCOME

A warm welcome to you.

Coming to Japan is a big decision. It is a new beginning for you, and it is also a big decision for the family members who support you from home.

There may be excitement, but there may also be questions and worries. We hope this page helps you learn a little about AYAME, Hokkaido, and the people you will work with—and helps you and your family feel a little more at ease.

ABOUT AYAME

Growing with nature.

AYAME RYOKKA KOGYO CO., LTD., which we call “AYAME,” is a company specializing in revegetation work in Hokkaido, Japan. With offices in Nakashibetsu, Kitami, and Obihiro, we work across eastern Hokkaido, helping to protect the land and its natural environment.

Our work is done outdoors, close to nature. Each place is different, so we pay attention to the land, the weather, and the plants that grow there.

We also value teamwork. No one works alone. By learning from one another and helping one another, we can do careful, safe work together.

HOKKAIDO

A place shaped by four seasons.

Hokkaido is known for its open landscapes, rich natural surroundings, and four distinct seasons. AYAME has offices in Nakashibetsu, Kitami, and Obihiro, each surrounded by its own landscape and climate.

The weather and scenery vary from place to place, but each season has its own character—from fresh green growth in spring and summer to colorful autumn landscapes and snowy winters.

The seasons may feel different from home, but each one has its own beauty. We hope you will gradually discover places and moments that feel special to you.

A message to families

We know that this new beginning belongs to the whole family.

When someone you care about travels far from home, it is natural to feel proud, hopeful, and worried at the same time. We understand that this change is not only important to the person joining us, but also to everyone who supports them.

At AYAME, we will welcome each new team member with respect. We will work together, learn together, and encourage them to speak with us whenever they are unsure or concerned.

We hope that, after reading this page, you feel a little more at ease about the people and the place that will become part of their new life.
